All bets are off this Thursday on ABC’s “Doctor Odyssey” as “Casino Week” takes a decidedly dangerous turn. When Athena Grant, of “9-1-1” fame (and played by Angela Bassett), finds herself aboard The Odyssey as a guest, her sharp instincts quickly pick up on something amiss amidst the glitz and glamour of the casino. Suspecting foul play, she recruits the ship’s resident doctor, Max, to help her uncover what’s really going on.
As Athena and Max dig deeper, they find themselves facing some high-stakes gamblers who aren’t playing by the rules. The stakes escalate as they try to outsmart these criminals, working the luxurious yet confined setting of the cruise ship. “Casino Week” becomes a backdrop for deception and danger, and not everyone will emerge a winner.
