Donna Hay Coastal Celebrations, a new four-part Australian Original, is coming to Disney+ in 2026, with filming now underway around Sydney’s shoreline.
The series sees Donna Hay return to the platform, this time crafting fresh seasonal spreads against coastal backdrops. Each episode blends her precision approach to styling with group-friendly recipes and visual flair tailored to summer entertaining.
The production follows on from her previous Disney+ release Donna Hay Christmas, and again teams her with longtime director Benjamin Jones. Hay fronts and produces the series under the Donna Hay Productions banner.
Filming locations span a selection of waterside homes and scenic outdoor settings, building on her signature themes of natural light, clean design, and accessible sophistication. The format remains tight, with each episode focusing on different themes around entertaining, presentation and modern Australian cuisine.
The project is part of Disney+ Australia’s growing slate of local content, which now includes titles like The Artful Dodger, The Clearing, Last Days of the Space Age, Matildas: The World at Our Feet and Shipwreck Hunters Australia. A second season of The Artful Dodger is currently in production in Sydney.
The exact premiere date for Donna Hay Coastal Celebrations will be confirmed closer to launch, but Disney+ has locked the release for 2026.
