Dora is back for a new adventure on Nickelodeon this Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 7 PM ET, with the premiere of Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado. This brand-new family movie sees the young explorer and her friends trek into the Amazonian jungle on a quest to find the ancient treasure of Sol Dorado before it falls into the wrong hands.
The film stars Samantha Lorraine as Dora, with Jacob Rodriguez playing Diego, and Mariana Garzón Toro as Naiya. Fans will also hear the familiar voice of Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias as Boots. And, in a fun new twist, Acston Luca Porto joins the cast as Sonny, with Daniella Pineda taking on the role of Camila the Crusader.
The story follows Dora and her friends through the perils of the jungle, facing challenges and solving puzzles, all in the effort to protect the legendary treasure. It’s a race against time, filled with the kind of bright animation and upbeat energy that has made Dora a long-time family favorite.
Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado airs Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 7 PM ET on Nickelodeon.
