Season 4 of the popular reality show centered around Karen and Deon Derrico and their remarkable family of 16, including 14 children, with multiple sets of multiples: quintuplets, triplets, and two sets of twins. Dawsyn’s health was also a concern, with the family organizing a car wash fundraiser for the family of Dawsyn’s heart donor.

As the season progressed, the Derricos took a trip down memory lane to Deon’s hometown of Detroit, providing an emotional backdrop to GG’s chemo treatments. The family also braved the great outdoors on a camping trip, and Deon and Karen tackled the birds-and-bees conversation with their children.

With Thanksgiving approaching, the family faced multiple issues, including GG’s health concerns and Darian’s dance venture outside her comfort zone. The season concluded with the Derricos celebrating Eric’s birthday and continuing their search for their dream home.
