Cole and Chelsea DeBoer, the “Teen Mom” alums turned home renovation gurus, are back for a third season of HGTV’s “Down Home Fab.” But as the season premiere title “Crash Course” suggests, things don’t go exactly as planned.
The DeBoers take on a project close to their hearts, helping a single mother of three with health problems renovate her outdated home. Chelsea brings her signature “moody and glam” aesthetic to the design, while Cole, ever the hands-on project manager, makes sure things get done. They must deal with an unpermitted addition along the way adding a new challenge.
Just as they’re putting the finishing touches on the home renovation, disaster strikes closer to home. A car crashes into their new retail store, throwing a wrench into their grand opening plans just a week before the big day.
“Down Home Fab” is a look into their growing renovation business and the realities of balancing work and family life on their Midwestern farm. “Crash Course” airs Tuesday, May 27 at 8:00 PM ET on HGTV.
