Plus, Oz, the Maternity Support Worker Lead Trainer, guides Willis through the process of removing a catheter on a dummy. However, a traumatic experience in her personal life makes Willis anxious about performing this procedure on an actual patient.

Over ten weeks, Willis embarks on a challenging journey as she strives to advance her training and qualify as a Maternity Support Worker (MSW), building upon her previous role as a Maternity Care Assistant (MCA).
