The Equalizer: Sins of the Father (CBS, Sunday, April 20, 2025)

The Equalizer Key Art

Robyn McCall, the vigilante justice-seeker of CBS’s “The Equalizer,” is taking on a case with a personal twist this Sunday. In “Sins of the Father,” McCall is approached by Samantha Reed, whose father, ex-CIA agent Elijah Reed, has vanished without a trace. This episode is serving as a backdoor pilot for a possible series.

McCall agrees to help Samantha track down her missing father, a search that leads them down a rabbit hole of family secrets and hidden pasts. Samantha joins forces with the Equalizer team, adding her own skills and determination to the investigation. Their pursuit takes them to the Dominican Republic, where Samantha uncovers truths about her father and her family that she never could have imagined.
