Evolution of the Black Quarterback: Prime Video’s Upcoming Docuseries Explores NFL History

Prime Video has announced that its three-part documentary series, Evolution of the Black Quarterback, will premiere on 24 September.

The docuseries follows former NFL quarterback Michael Vick as he travels across America, looking at the history and influence of Black quarterbacks both on and off the field. It pays tribute to the sport’s heritage, acknowledges the progress made, and looks ahead to the future of quarterbacking.

With interviews from Black quarterbacks and insights from celebrities, the series provides an exploration of NFL history. Evolution of the Black Quarterback is a SMAC Productions creation, in association with NFL Films and Fubo Studios.
