Back to the bizarre. “Exposed: Naked Crimes” returns with “Jeepers Peepers,” an episode that focuses on trespassers who, for reasons best known to themselves, decided to disrobe before committing their crimes. From lurking on back patios to breaking into homes and making themselves comfortable (in the buff, no less), these offenders exhibit a level of audacity that’s both shocking and strangely comical.
This show walks a fine line between true crime and unintentional comedy. While the crimes themselves are often disturbing, the sheer absurdity of the situations can be hard to ignore. I’m curious to see what motivates these individuals to strip down before breaking the law. Is it a thrill-seeking impulse? A mental health issue? Or just plain old exhibitionism?
