Extended Family, March 12, 2024, NBC, “The Consequences of Writing Things Down”
In an upcoming brand new episode of the comedy series “Extended Family,” airing on NBC on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 8:30 PM, viewers will be treated to a humorous exploration of the consequences that arise when one tries to impress others through exaggerated claims.
The episode titled “The Consequences of Writing Things Down” revolves around Jim, who finds himself compelled to embellish his yoga abilities in order to make a favorable impression on a woman. However, his actions quickly lead him down a path of embarrassment and potential ridicule. Thankfully, Julia steps in to rescue him from further humiliation.
Jim and Julia’s relationship is unique as they have amicably divorced but continue to raise their children together in the family home. They take turns staying with the kids, navigating the challenges that come with divorce and child-sharing. However, matters become more complicated for Jim when Trey, the owner of the Boston Celtics basketball team, enters the scene and captures Julia’s heart.
The talented cast brings this comedic tale to life. Abigail Spencer portrays Julia while Donald Faison takes on the role of Trey. Finn Sweeney plays Jimmy Jr., Jon Cryer is Jim, and Sofia Capanna plays Grace.
Tune in on Tuesday, March 12th at 8:30 PM on NBC.
