Extreme Renovation Ahead: Can Zombie House Flipping Conquer This Tampa Nightmare? (A&E, Saturday, February 8, 2025)

Zombie House Flipping Key Art

This week on Zombie House Flipping, the team is facing a Tampa property that might actually be closer to a biohazard zone than a livable space. Forget fixer-upper – this house is more like a tear-down-and-start-over-er. The episode description paints a grim picture of decay: black growth, compromised framing, and a garage conversion that seems less like a value-add and more like a structural liability.

Dolmar, apparently blessed (or cursed) with an eye for spotting diamonds in the very rough, identified this particular monstrosity. One wonders if even their usual optimistic outlook will be enough to overcome the challenges this house presents. Turning a dilapidated dwelling into a dream home is their bread and butter, but this time, the moldy bread might be thicker than the butter.

The fundamental question is whether the Zombie House Flipping crew can pull off their usual magic. Can they exorcise the demons of bad renovations and bring this Tampa zombie back to life? Or will this project end up being more of a Frankensteinian monster than a resurrected beauty?
