It’s a pop culture parody extravaganza this Sunday as “Family Guy” takes aim at some of the biggest hits on Hulu. In “A Real Who’s Hulu,” the Griffins ditch the usual Quahog antics and transform themselves into the stars of “Only Murders in the Building,” “The Dropout,” and “The Bear,” serving up heaping helpings of irreverent humor.
What can we expect? Knowing “Family Guy,” probably a healthy dose of sharp satire, poking fun at the tropes and pretensions of each show while staying true to the Griffins’ signature brand of outrageous comedy. Peter, Stewie, Lois, Brian, and Meg – imagine them as amateur sleuths, disgraced biotech entrepreneurs, or stressed-out chefs. The possibilities are endless, and knowing Seth MacFarlane and company, they’ll push the boundaries of good taste as always.
With Seth MacFarlane, Alex Borstein, Seth Green, Mila Kunis, and Patrick Warburton leading the voice cast, “A Real Who’s Hulu” could just be the perfect antidote to a serious Sunday night. Tune in to FOX at 8:30 PM ET, right after “The Simpsons.”
