The Fly Team is back in action this Tuesday on CBS’s “FBI: International.” In “They May Get Their Wish,” the team heads to Gibraltar on a mission to apprehend a televangelist who’s landed himself on the FBI’s Most Wanted List and is currently seeking asylum. But taking him into custody proves to be more complicated than anticipated, thanks to a wall of political maneuvering.
Upon arrival, the team is met with stonewalling and bureaucratic obstacles that threaten to derail their efforts. To further complicate matters, the predatory preacher sets his sights on the daughter of one of his followers, forcing the Fly Team to intervene before his manipulative tactics escalate.
Headquartered in Budapest, the Fly Team travels the world to protect American citizens from threats both foreign and domestic. Working without the usual tools of law enforcement – they are not allowed to carry firearms – the team relies on their intelligence, quick thinking, and when necessary, a bit of good old-fashioned brawn. This episode was written by Kyle Steinbach and directed by Peter Stebbings.
Can the Fly Team overcome the political hurdles and bring this fugitive to justice? Find out on “FBI: International,” airing Tuesday, March 18th at 9:00 PM ET/PT on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
