FBI: Most Wanted “The Electric Company” (CBS, Tuesday, December 17, 2024)

FBI Most Wanted

The Fugitive Task Force finds itself facing friction from all sides in “The Electric Company,” the upcoming episode of FBI: Most Wanted. While pursuing a suspected serial killer in Virginia, the team butts heads with local law enforcement, adding another extra difficulty to their already complicated pursuit.

This isn’t just another procedural where the feds swoop in and effortlessly solve the case. The December 17 episode aims to crank up the tension by pitting the Task Force against uncooperative local cops, creating a jurisdictional tug-of-war with a serial killer on the loose. Could this clash of egos hinder their ability to catch the perpetrator? Or will they find a way to grudgingly collaborate before more lives are lost?

Beyond the procedural elements, “The Electric Company” also intends to spend time on the personal front. Remy Scott, still relatively new to his leadership position, pushes his partner, Special Agent Hana Gibson, to address an unresolved issue in their relationship. For long-time viewers of this procedural-with-a-personal-side, it’s a welcome return to the character dynamics that make the show more than just a case-of-the-week.
