Matt Paxton, the extreme cleaning specialist turned treasure hunter, is back at it this Sunday on Discovery’s “Filthy Fortunes.” This time, his hunt takes him to California, where he’s on the trail of man cave gold – rare liquor, vintage drums, and hand-rolled cigars tucked away in two separate hoards. But finding the treasure is only half the battle.
Matt’s business model relies on convincing owners to part with their prized possessions. But in this episode, he faces some tough negotiators who are reluctant to let go of key items, putting his profit margin – and his entire wager – at risk.
