First Binge Original Lifestyle Series Selling In The City Premieres 19 October

Selling In The City, BINGE’s first locally produced original lifestyle series, will debut in October.

The interior and exterior designs of Australia’s most sought-after inner-city homes will be improved by award-winning designer Rosie Morley and renowned landscape artist Paddy Milne, helping young millennials maximise the value of their homes and realise their dream of advancing up the housing ladder.

Selling in the City joins the lineup of reality, lifestyle, drama, true-crime, documentaries, and movies on BINGE on October 19 with the release of its first three episodes.

In order to better understand what prospective buyers love about each neighbourhood and what they want in a new home to serve as inspiration for their designs, Rosie and Paddy will take the time to learn about each area.

With this knowledge, they set out to transform the property using first-rate design and innovative ideas in order to raise its market value.

“I have loved the experience of learning about these neighbourhoods and creating contextually relevant outcomes, all with the goal of delivering a sense of elevated design and planning efficiency,” Rosie Morley said. “Finally, strategic design decisions must be made to maximise the potential of these compact homes.”

Paddy Milne added: “Creating beautiful gardens and functional outdoor spaces is a passion, I have also really enjoyed finding out about the people and the area and drawing design inspiration from each of the communities”.
