On Friday night’s episode of First Dates, Italian ‘nice guy’ Matteo meets his date, Sam, a 38-year-old marketing consultant. Their interaction takes an unexpected turn as Sam pursues a rather intense line of questioning, even mentioning babies before they’ve had a chance to order dinner. Will Matteo be able to keep up with Sam’s pace, or will the pressure prove too much?
The episode also features 28-year-old self-proclaimed tree-hugger Nathan, who is looking for love while proudly wearing a skirt. Nathan is on the hunt for someone who can join him in his wild and free-spirited lifestyle. Will he find a kindred spirit, or will his unique sense of style and outlook on life be a challenge in his search for love?
As the restaurant doors swing open, in walks Love, a 26-year-old nature lover and Hare Krishna believer. Love’s spirituality has been a deal-breaker in past relationships, but will it be a turn-off for Nathan? With their shared love for nature, will these two be able to connect on a deeper level?
Adding to the mix are a chef and a wedding singer, both hoping to find their perfect match. Will they find love and harmony, or will their dates end on a sour note?
