First Day Season 2 Premieres Thursday 31 March on ABC Me
First Day, the international Emmy Award-winning series, returns for a new four-part season on ABC ME and Hulu (USA).
Evie Macdonald returns as Hannah Bradford, a transgender teenager starting a new year at Hillview High with her pals Olivia and Nat, following on from the ground-breaking first season.
Season two expands on the themes of the first season, as Hannah faces not just the usual hurdles of fitting in at high school, but also the added challenges that come with being transgender. She decides to run for Class Captain this year, putting her in the public eye and exposing her to microaggressions from her peers. Her search for a group of like-minded students gives her new ideas and the resolve to confront her dating worries.
Catch up on First Day season one, which is now available to binge on ABC iview, ahead of the series two launch.
