On Friday, September 20, 2024, OWN presents a double bill of First-Time Buyer’s Club, starting with the episode “Tina” at 9:00 PM, followed by “April and Jacqueline” at 9:30 PM.
In “Tina,” Amina assists a 40-year-old medical professional embarking on her first solo home purchase. Working from home full-time, she seeks a townhome with a scenic view and ample space for a home office. Amina guides her through the intimidating housing market, aiming to educate and empower her client to make informed decisions.
Immediately after, in “April and Jacqueline,” Amina takes on a unique challenge: helping a mother-daughter duo find their dream multi-generational home. After the mother’s initial plan to buy a house falls through, they join forces to tackle the problems of co-homeownership.
