Tarek El Moussa, the seasoned house-flipper with over 300 renovations under his belt, takes on a new challenge in this week’s “Flipping 101.” Airing Thursday, “This Flipping Relationship” focuses on a couple whose flipping business is being threatened by more than just a tough market. Their relationship is on the rocks, and Tarek needs to do more than just fix up a house; he needs to do some relationship remodeling, too.
The problem? The wife’s overspending habits are putting a strain on the couple’s budget and causing serious friction. Tarek steps in to help her rein in the spending and become a true partner in the business. If he can’t mend the financial rifts, he may not be able to save the house – or the relationship.
