Trivia nights just got a whole lot more interesting. FOX’s “The Floor,” hosted by the perpetually charming Rob Lowe, pits contestants against each other in head-to-head trivia battles where the winner takes all – or at least, their opponent’s square on the giant game board floor. This Wednesday’s episode, “A Hot Streak,” features a contestant on a winning run for the ages.
With categories ranging from “Critters” to “Billionaires” to “Aviation,” the knowledge on display (or lack thereof) is always entertaining. But this episode centers on one player who seems unstoppable, claiming square after square in a display of trivia dominance. Will anyone manage to break their streak? Or will they conquer the entire floor, claiming the $250,000 prize and securing a place in “The Floor” hall of fame?
