Her boyfriend, Mitrel Anderson, was accused of fatally stabbing 24-year-old DeMario Lee in the restroom of a Kwik Trip on Cass Street. In an attempt to help Anderson, Jones drove him to Madison after the alleged stabbing.
In La Crosse County Circuit Court, Jones pled guilty to the charges against her, which included harbouring or hiding a felon and misdemeanour bail jumping.
