Forged in Fire “Beat The Judges: Tackling The Tizona”

History Channel’s Forged in Fire throws a curveball in its upcoming episode, “Beat The Judges: Tackling The Tizona.” This time, it’s not smith vs. smith, but champions vs. judge. Two previous Forged in Fire winners step back into the forge to challenge one of the show’s own judges, embarking on a particularly tricky task: recreating the Tizona, the famed sword of Spanish hero El Cid.

Eight hours. That’s all the time these seasoned smiths have to bring this iconic blade to life. Let’s face it, historical accuracy isn’t always television’s strong suit. Will we get a historically accurate depiction of the Tizona, or will dramatic license take precedence? Either way, the tension will be thick as these competitors tackle this formidable weapon, putting their reputations (and the judge’s ego) on the line.

For the two returning champions, this is a chance to not only demonstrate their skills but potentially vanquish a figure who once held their forging fate in their hands. As for the judge, it’s an opportunity to show that their critiques aren’t just hot air. They too can walk the walk, or perhaps, hammer the hammer. Tune in to see who emerges victorious and who gets burned.
