Four In A Bed “Highland Premier Glamping Pods, Inverness” (Channel 4, Tuesday, December 10, 2024)

Four In A Bed Generic

The hunt for the Loch Ness Monster may be perpetually elusive, but the search for decent overnight accommodation on Four in a Bed is a far more tangible pursuit. This week, the show’s relentless quest for the perfect B&B takes us to the Highlands of Scotland, specifically Inverness, where glamping pods and critical guests await.

Tuesday’s episode features Highland Premier Glamping Pods, owned by a chap named Graham. Clearly a man of ambition, Graham has organized a Nessie-themed excursion for his fellow B&B owners. Whether this involves sonar equipment, blurry photographs, or simply staring intently at the murky depths of Loch Ness remains to be seen—though “seen” might be a bit optimistic where Nessie’s concerned. Regardless, it’s a diversionary tactic that could either charm or further fuel the scrutiny of his guests, depending on their level of monster enthusiasm.

And scrutinize, they will. The synopsis hint at issues with the pod’s furniture, setting the stage for the usual round of nitpicking and passive-aggressive feedback. Will Graham’s Nessie gambit distract from potential shortcomings, or will it simply provide more fodder for complaint?

This marks the second Highland B&B featured this week providing a nicely scenic backdrop for the inevitable drama.

Four in a Bed airs Tuesday at 5pm on Channel 4.
