This Wednesday, Four in a Bed trades seaside guesthouses for the rustic charm of Overtown Manor, a family-run farmhouse nestled in Wroughton, Wiltshire. Hosts Nancy and Henrietta, custodians of this four-generation homestead, open their doors to the usual discerning (and often nitpicky) group of B&B competitors. They’re aiming for a win, naturally, banking on Overtown Manor’s homey atmosphere and a healthy dose of farm-fresh hospitality.
But as any seasoned Four in a Bed viewer knows, running a B&B is rarely smooth sailing.
