FOX Nation’s “The Fall of the House of Murdaugh” To Interview Buster Murdaugh

FOX Nation, the streaming service by FOX News Media, is set to air a new docuseries titled The Fall of the House of Murdaugh on Tuesday, September 12th.
What is The Fall of the House of Murdaugh about
The limited series comprises three parts and offers exclusive access to the circle surrounding Alex Murdaugh, a formerly prominent attorney from South Carolina who was convicted earlier this year for the murder of his wife and son. Martha MacCallum, an anchor for FOX News Channel (FNC) and executive editor of The Story, leads the series and conducts the first television interview with Richard Alexander “Buster” Murdaugh, the sole surviving son who has recently become a public figure.
Across three hours, the series provides a unique perspective into Alex Murdaugh’s trial, crimes, and complicated life. Murdaugh was found guilty earlier this year for the murder of his wife, Margaret “Maggie,” and son, Paul, at their large estate, Moselle, in Islandton, South Carolina.
Viewers will have exclusive access to Alex Murdaugh’s defense team, Dick Harpootlian and Jim Griffin. The series includes behind-the-scenes footage before and during the trial, previously unseen home videos, and personal revelations from Alex himself while in prison. These assets offer an inside look into the Murdaugh family’s legal strategy as it unfolded in real-time, supplemented by interviews with the defense team, the lead prosecutor, Creighton Waters, and Attorney General Alan Wilson, who discuss their current approach to the case.
Aside from the legal aspects, the series delves into the turbulent lives of Alex, Maggie, Paul, and Buster, exploring the family’s own scandals, which encompass a series of crimes, deaths, and unresolved mysteries. To shed light on these complexities, the series also features interviews with individuals such as court clerk Rebecca Hill, local attorney Joe McCulloch, Moselle dog kennel manager Roger Dale Davis Jr., Walterboro Mayor William T. Young Jr., forensic expert Dr. Kenneth Kinsey, who testified in the prosecution’s case, and more.
Who is behind the docu-series
The Fall of the House of Murdaugh is produced by Texas Crew Productions alongside Executive Producers David Karabinas, Jamie Lustberg and Brad Bernstein.
