FOX has unveiled its summer 2024 lineup, featuring the return and premiere dates for a range of original programming. The network will kick off the summer season with a series of music and game shows, including I Can See Your Voice, Don’t Forget The Lyrics, Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars, Beat Shazam, The Quiz With Balls, MasterChef: Generations, and Name That Tune.
Thursdays will be filled with musical competition and mystery. Starting May 16th, viewers can enjoy new episodes of I Can See Your Voice hosted by Ken Jeong followed by the new season of Don’t Forget The Lyrics! hosted by Niecy Nash. In I Can See Your Voice, contestants are tasked with distinguishing between good and bad singers without actually hearing them sing. Niecy Nash hosts Don’t Forget The Lyrics!, where contestants test their musical memory for a chance to win $1 million.
On May 22nd, after the season finale of The Masked Singer, renowned chef Gordon Ramsay will welcome Lisa Vanderpump to join him in Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars. Aspiring entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry will compete to showcase their business skills under real-world challenges for a chance to win $250,000.
Beat Shazam returns on May 28th with Jamie Foxx as host alongside his daughter Corinne Foxx as co-host and DJ. Teams of two compete against each other to identify hit songs for a chance to win $1 million. This season will feature special themed episodes that include fathers versus siblings versus teachers versus heroes versus mothers.
The same night also sees the premiere of The Quiz With Balls hosted by Jay Pharoah. Families compete in a quiz show combined with physical challenges while standing on high platforms over a pool. Choosing correct answers determines whether massive balls descend harmlessly or knock them into the water below.
MasterChef: Generations enters its 14th season on May 29th with a unique theme. Home cooks from four different generations, including Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers will compete against each other in various cooking trials for the chance to win $250,000 and the title of America’s MasterChef.
Starting June 3rd, Jane Krakowski hosts new episodes of Name That Tune where contestants test their musical knowledge to win over $100,000.
