Jeremy Tremblay (Zakary Auclair) walks into his high school with a semi-automatic rifle and shoots multiple students, before killing himself. To shed light on the tragedy, Eliane Sirois (Sophie Cadieux), a psychiatric coroner, is called in to do a psychological autopsy of the event.

With the help of Sergeant Boivert (Martin Dubreuil), who confronts her more than he helps her, Eliane tries to figure out Jeremy’s motive. As this will be the most high-profile case of her career, the pressure is on. Her investigation will help everyone better understand how Jeremy got to the point of committing this unspeakable crime.
