FROM Renewed for Season 4 by MGM+

While the term “enigmatic” is often overused, particularly in the realm of science fiction, it seems almost unavoidable when discussing MGM+’s FROM. The series, which has garnered a devoted following known as the FROMily, has been renewed for a 10-episode fourth season, set to premiere in 2026

Now, before you start envisioning Harold Perrineau strolling back into his quaint New Jersey home, showrunner Jeff Pinkner is here to gently tap the brakes on your runaway hype train. While season 3 has offered some much-needed clarity on why these poor souls are stuck in this nightmarish town that’s more malevolent AirBnB than quaint getaway, Pinkner suggests it won’t exactly be a clean escape. Think of it as trading one cryptic puzzle box for another, slightly larger, more ornate puzzle box.

For those unfamiliar, FROM isn’t your typical monster-of-the-week fare. It’s a character-driven horror story where the real terror comes less from the ghoulies lurking in the shadows (though those are freaky, too) and more from the creeping dread of an unknown and seemingly inescapable situation. And the show’s popularity isn’t just anecdotal. It’s officially the most-watched series in MGM+ history, with a Rotten Tomatoes score that sits at a lofty 96%.

So what does this fourth season hold in store? Creator John Griffin hints at a “new journey”—which, knowing this show, could mean anything from a desperate attempt to return home to stumbling into an even deeper circle of this unsettling hell. Either way, it likely won’t involve a lot of beach volleyball and fruity cocktails. Production is set to kick off again in Nova Scotia in 2025, so we’ve got a bit of a wait.

FROM airs on MGM+. Executive Producers are John Griffin, Jack Bender, Jeff Pinkner, Harold Perrineau, Anthony Russo, and Joe Russo.
