A routine traffic stop spirals into a high-speed chase when an armed suspect claiming to be “C.I.A.” floors it, ramming a police cruiser in his desperate attempt to escape. Officers are forced into a dangerous pursuit, uncertain of what a suspect with such delusions is capable of doing next.
The night gets even more frantic when officers begin chasing a stolen car, only to learn that the victim’s one-year-old son is still strapped into the back seat. The pursuit instantly transforms into a rescue mission, where every maneuver carries the potential for tragedy as police race to save the child.
