Rachael Rays Meals in Minutes Key Art

FYI is welcoming back some familiar faces to its culinary lineup this spring with the return of both Rachael Ray and Deborah VanTrece. Monday, May 26th, brings a back-to-back evening of cooking shows designed to satisfy a range of tastes.

Kicking things off at 9:00 PM ET/PT, Rachael Ray launches the third season of “Meals in Minutes.” Known as the queen of quick cooking, she returns with her trademark energy and a whole new batch of recipes. From simple weeknight meals to dishes ready for entertaining, Ray focuses on getting delicious food on the table fast. This season features everything from a warming lamb and beef chorizo chili to an unexpectedly easy Italian brisket. Shrimp salad stuffed shells and a classic white bean soup are also on the menu, showing that speed and flavor can definitely go hand-in-hand.

This season, she’ll be cooking up creations like Jamaican beef pot pie, black-eyed pea biryani, adobo ribs, and a truly inspired duck schnitzel served with sweet potato waffles.
