Channel 5 premieres the psychological thriller “The Game” this Monday, starring Jason Watkins as Huw Miller, a retired detective haunted by an unsolved stalking case from his past. Huw’s quiet life takes a turn when a new neighbour, Patrick Harbottle (Robson Green), moves in, stirring up old fears and suspicions. Huw becomes fixated on Patrick, convinced that he’s the notorious “Ripton Stalker” who eluded him years ago.
As Huw becomes more obsessed with unmasking his neighbour, his world starts to unravel. His wife, Alice (Sunetra Sarker), watches helplessly as Huw’s fixation threatens to consume him. The cast also includes Indy Lewis, Amber James, Joshua Hill and Amy Huberman. “The Game” plays out as a tense psychological chess match between Huw and Patrick. In his desperate pursuit of the truth, Huw risks everything, pushing himself to the brink. The series premiere airs Monday, May 12th at 9:00 PM GMT on Channel 5.
