On Wednesday’s “General Hospital,” the hunt for Valentin Cassadine kicks into high gear, with Jason Morgan channeling his inner Steve Austin and ambushing Martin Grey for answers. Let’s just say Martin’s legal briefs won’t be much help against Jason’s… persuasive techniques. Will he crack under pressure and reveal Valentin’s hideout?
Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford informs Portia Robinson of his intention to wrestle custody of Aurora away from Drew Quartermaine. Speaking of Drew, he’s hitting up Nina Reeves for a favor, which, knowing Nina, will probably involve some level of questionable judgment.
Lulu Spencer’s attempts to reach Valentin through Jack Brennan encounter a roadblock, raising red flags for Carly. Carly, naturally, is never one to let a potential disaster go un-investigated. Expect some serious Corinthos-level meddling.
In a moment of much-needed emotional support, Maxie Jones and Lulu Spencer will share a heartfelt reunion. It’s a reminder that amid the Cassadine chaos, Port Charles still has room for some genuine human connection. Elsewhere, Anna Devane, currently in full-on detective mode, issues a stern warning to Damian Spinelli: Stay out of her way. Spinelli, being Spinelli, will probably ignore this advice completely.
In other Port Charles developments, Brennan meets with Colette Girard, hinting at a scheme to improve their less-than-ideal circumstances. Dex Heller offers Josslyn Jacks some pre-surgery reassurance, but the possibility of complications looms large. Let’s hope those complications don’t involve a certain Cyrus Renault, who might still be a threat even after Dex leaves the operating room. And in a rare moment of non-criminal activity, Isaiah Gannon thanks Jordan Ashford for helping him land a better hospital contract. Good for him.
General Hospital airs weekdays at 2:00 PM on ABC.
