General Hospital Spoilers, Thursday, December 12

General Hospital Key Art

On ABC’s General Hospital on Thursday, while Sonny Corinthos spreads holiday goodwill by celebrating Kristina’s new managerial role at Charlie’s and encouraging Natalia to mend fences with her estranged children, his own machinations might be brewing trouble elsewhere. Ava Jerome and Ric Lansing’s celebratory dinner could be interrupted by an unwelcome surprise, possibly courtesy of Sonny’s scheming.

Meanwhile, Willow Tait contemplates a confession to Michael that could shatter their already fragile marriage. Nina Reeves offers Willow support, but whether her advice is truly in Willow’s best interest is, shall we say, debatable. Michael, consumed by anger over Drew Cain’s actions, vows revenge, leaving Sasha Gilmore understandably worried about his increasingly vengeful nature.

Elsewhere in Port Charles, Kristina sees her new position at Charlie’s as a chance for a fresh start, while Ava, fresh off a legal victory, anticipates a brighter future. The always-volatile Tracy Quartermaine initially proclaims a “Christmas miracle” of peace at the family’s annual holiday gathering. However, her optimism is likely to be as short-lived as a fruitcake at a buffet. As Carly Corinthos picks up on the tension between Michael and Willow, she turns to Olivia Falconeri for answers, further fueling the rumor mill. Could Tracy’s premature declaration of peace be linked to the scandalous playroom footage that seems destined to detonate at the Quartermaine Christmas party?
