Gregory, who had hoped for a smooth and problem-free wedding, finds himself locking up and stumbling over his words. Hamilton Finn notices his distress and asks if he is okay, but it becomes increasingly apparent that Gregory is not well.
The situation escalates as Gregory finds it difficult to remain standing, prompting Tracy Quartermaine to step in and offer her support. True to her word, she is ready to take over as officiant if needed. However, there is a possibility that Gregory will be able to resume his role and finish the ceremony. Despite this hiccup, Chase attempts to put Gregory at ease.
To alleviate the stress on Gregory, Chase and Brook Lynn may opt to expedite the nuptials by skipping some of the formalities. Once the couple officially ties the knot, the focus shifts to the wedding reception.
Sonny is anxious about Natalia’s potential early departure and encourages her to stay, ensuring they have a chance to enjoy the festivities. Meanwhile, Kristina Corinthos-Davis and Blaze, aka Allison Rogers, find themselves in a tense encounter with Natalia in the restroom. Kristina assures Blaze of her determination to win Natalia over.
Elsewhere at the reception, Jason Morgan and Drew Cain have a face-off. Jason takes the opportunity to ask Drew a question, but Drew’s response suggests that the very need to ask is significant. Jason senses the discomfort his presence brings and leaves, prompting Drew to remark on the predictability of the situation.
