Diapers, dishes, and disagreements – just another day in the life of Georgie and Mandy. CBS’s “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage” continues to explore the trials and tribulations of young parenthood this Thursday, and the title of this week’s episode, “Baby Fight,” pretty much says it all.
The central conflict? Whether or not to expand their already bustling family. Georgie and Mandy find themselves on opposite sides of the crib, so to speak, leading to a marital dust-up that threatens to shake the foundations of their young marriage. Meanwhile, Mary, Jim, and Audrey try their best to stay neutral, offering awkward advice and uncomfortable silences in equal measure.
The episode sees the return of familiar faces, including Zoe Perry reprising her role as Mary from “Young Sheldon” and Matt Hobby as the ever-well-meaning Pastor Jeff. Expect plenty of the show’s signature blend of humor and heart as Georgie and Mandy grapple with a decision that will shape their future.
