“Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage” continues to explore the trials and tribulations of young love and parenthood in small-town Texas. This Thursday’s episode, “Two Idiots on a Dirt Bike,” throws a familiar wrench into the works: Georgie’s penchant for meddling. This time, his target is Missy’s new boyfriend, a fella Georgie clearly doesn’t approve of.
In a move that surprises absolutely no one, Georgie’s scheme to break up the happy couple goes sideways. Just how badly? We’ll have to wait and see. Adding to the fun, this episode features guest appearances from Zoe Perry (Mary) and Raegan Revord (Missy) of “Young Sheldon” fame. It’s a mini “Young Sheldon” reunion, adding a fun wrinkle for fans of both shows.
Written by the comedic minds of Steve Holland, Laura Willcox, Chuck Lorre, and Steven Molaro, and directed by Mark Cendrowski, “Two Idiots on a Dirt Bike” seems sure to deliver the laughs. Will Georgie learn his lesson? Probably not. But that’s why we tune in, right?
