In “Abandoned at Whiskey Pete’s,” airing this Wednesday on Discovery, the team braves the eerie silence and dark energy of Whiskey Pete’s, where they hope to make contact with the spirit of a notorious bootlegger rumored to haunt the premises. Adding an extra dose of levity (or perhaps just extra nervous energy) to the investigation, comedian Matt Rife joins the team as a guest investigator.
