Join Chef Deborah VanTrece in the kitchen as she presents two mouth-watering dishes from different corners of the globe on Global Soul Kitchen, airing tonight on FYI.
At 10:00 PM, Chef VanTrece takes inspiration from the traditional Southern comfort food of chicken and dumplings and puts a German twist on it, creating a unique dish of smothered chicken meatballs served with Spaetzle.
Then, at 10:30 PM, she spresents a fusion of flavours with her take on Steak Diane. This pan-fried beef steak gets a kick of Cajun spices in the marinade and is served with the indulgent combination of Foie Gras and Creole dirty rice.
