Then, at 10:30 PM, Chef VanTrece continues her culinary journey, blending Latin and South American influences with Southern charm to craft “Encocado Shrimp with Poblano Stuffed Grits.” This dish, also known as Latin shrimp and grits, shows her ability to harmonise diverse flavours.
