Global Soul Kitchen gets ready to party in Monday’s second episode, airing at 10:30 PM ET on FYI. In this episode, VanTrece starts with a base of smoked, seasoned salmon, which she serves with rich, cheesy biscuits for a Southern-inspired main course. On the soup front, she takes viewers through a step-by-step guide to Zupa Ogórkowa—a flavorful, tangy chowder made with a base of sautéed vegetables, broth, and chunks of smoked salmon to bring the meal full circle.
