The heat is on for the remaining MUAs on Glow Up as they face the ultimate test: glamming up actual celebrities. This week’s episode, airing Wednesday, June 11 at 8 PM (20:00) on BBC Three, sees the contestants trading their usual models for a roster of red-carpet regulars.
For the “Dream Collab” challenge, world-renowned MUA MMMMitchell is back to judge the MUAs on looks created in partnership with the celebrity clients themselves. Then, the pressure cooker gets cranked up another notch as Millie Bobby Brown’s MUA, Buster Knight, oversees the make-up for Amber Davies, Danny Beard, Zeze Milz, and Henrie Kwushue as they get ready for the WhatsOnStage Awards.
With paparazzi flashes and the unforgiving scrutiny of social media looming, the MUAs have to deliver work that holds up under pressure. Buster Knight is ready to step in and perfect any looks that don’t make the grade. And to ensure there’s no faking it till you make it, the judges will review red carpet photos to see whose make-up truly lasted the night.
The Face-Off elimination challenge will see two MUAs battle it out to stay in the competition with 20 minutes to create the perfect halo eye and a smoked black lip.
Glow Up continues to crank up the intensity as it heads toward the final.
