On Tuesday, 27 August 2024, ABC’s GMA3: What You Need to Know will feature trailblazing women, including ABC News correspondent Alexis Christoforous, UPS driver Tiffany Guess, harpist Brandee Younger, and 12-year-old Aaminah Abdrabboh.
Alexis Christoforous is a New York-based correspondent for ABC News, previously working for Yahoo Finance and CBS News.
Tiffany Guess is a second-generation UPS driver and Oklahoma driving champion. She will discuss breaking barriers in a male-dominated field.
Brandee Younger is an American harpist who infuses classical, jazz, soul, and funk influences into her music. She has worked with popular artists such as John Legend, Common, and Drake, and her composition “Hortense” was featured in Beyoncé’s documentary, Homecoming. Younger is also an educator, concert curator, and bandleader of the Brandee Younger Quartet.
Twelve-year-old Aaminah Abdrabboh is a jiu-jitsu world champion and the first hijabi female to win gold at the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) Pan Kids Tournament.
