On Wednesday, August 28, ABC’s GMA3: What You Need to Know welcomes chefs Anthony Vitolo, Alex Guarnaschelli, and Eric Adjepong for a summer cooking special.
Chef Anthony Vitolo, known for his role as executive chef and partner at Manhattan’s Emilio’s Ballato, will show off his signature Italian cuisine. Vitolo’s red-sauce style Italian dishes have earned him a dedicated following, including celebrities like Taylor Swift, Rihanna, and Barack Obama.
Chef Alex Guarnaschelli will share her culinary expertise. Guarnaschelli began her international career at the Michelin three-star restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris. She has since appeared on numerous Food Network shows, including Chopped, Guy’s Grocery Games, and The Best Thing I Ever Ate.
Chef Eric Adjepong, a finalist on Top Chef: Kentucky, has appeared on multiple Food Network shows and is the host of Alex vs. America. Adjepong, of Ghanaian descent, explores the culinary traditions of Ghana and the American South, West Africa, Caribbean, and South America.
