“GMA3: What You Need to Know” is starting 2025 on a high note with a special episode dedicated to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees. Airing on Wednesday, January 1, the show will feature interviews with music legends, offering a welcome respite from the usual New Year’s Day hangover.
Among the featured artists are the incomparable Dionne Warwick, whose iconic voice has graced countless hits. Also on the bill is guitar virtuoso Peter Frampton, known for his legendary live album “Frampton Comes Alive!”
Adding to the mix are Kool & the Gang members Robert “Kool” Bell and James “J.T” Taylor, who’ll undoubtedly bring the funk. And, representing a different generation of music royalty, rapper and producer Q-Tip will also be joining the conversation.
While the episode’s focus is squarely on music, “GMA3” isn’t entirely abandoning its business-minded side. “Shark Tank” entrepreneurs Kevin O’Leary, Barbara Corcoran, and Daniel Lubetzky will also be making appearances, presumably to offer their own brand of New Year’s wisdom.
Whether they’ll be discussing business, music, or just general New Year’s musings remains to be seen. “GMA3: What You Need to Know” airs Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. EST on ABC.
