Today on GMA3 CEO of the Global Citizen Festival Hugh Evans on this year’s festival; Faith Friday with Rabbi Rachel Ain of Sutton Place Synagogue; a preview of ABC News correspondent Bob Woodruff’s new series “Last Lands,” now streaming on ABC News Live, Hulu and Disney+
The one-hour program, co-anchored by Eva Pilgrim and DeMarco Morgan, will welcome Hugh Evans, CEO of the Global Citizen Festival, to discuss this year’s festival. Evans, who is on a mission to eradicate extreme global poverty, will talk about how music can mobilise the world to tackle poverty and COVID-19.
The show will also feature Rabbi Rachel Ain of Sutton Place Synagogue, a Conservative Synagogue in Midtown Manhattan. Ain, who has written and taught in a variety of venues, will discuss her work with people of all ages and backgrounds, including those seeking to convert to Judaism.
Finally, ABC News correspondent Bob Woodruff will preview his new series, “Last Lands,” which is now streaming on ABC News Live, Hulu and Disney+. The four-part series focuses on the planet’s most threatened ecosystems and looks at the vital work being done by Global Conservation, national governments, and local communities to protect the world’s last intact tropical forests and sanctuaries for critically endangered wildlife.
