On Friday, April 19, actress and comedian Dulcé Sloan will appear on GMA3: What You Need to Know to discuss easy Mother’s Day craft gift ideas. Sloan, a senior correspondent for The Daily Show on Comedy Central, is known for her witty and bold stand-up comedy, with appearances on Conan, The Steve Harvey Show, and @midnight with Chris Hardwick. She is also the voice of Honeybee in the Fox animated series The Great North.

The Faith Friday series will feature Lead Pastor Chris Bennett and his wife, Julie, of the Vintage Church Malibu. The couple will discuss their new book, Fighting for Family, which explores practical ways to strengthen family bonds and build community. Pastor Chris will also share insights on how to live a lifestyle of rest through the practice of Sabbath. The Bennetts, both graduates of Baylor University, host the “Finding Family” podcast and founded Welcome Home Lifestyle, a platform dedicated to creating family-themed content.

Additionally, National Park Service Director Charles “Chuck” Sams will offer affordable, eco-friendly spring and summer travel ideas. Sams, the first Native American to lead the National Park Service, has emphasized improving accessibility and telling Native American history in national parks. With a background in tribal and state government and conservation, Sams aims to make national parks accessible to all Americans.
