FOX’s military comedy “Going Dutch” sets up a potentially explosive situation this Thursday with “The Exes of Evil.” When Colonel Quinn’s three ex-wives unexpectedly arrive at the base – and it’s revealed they’re all friends – the Colonel is understandably thrown for a loop. Let the awkward family reunion begin.
