The gold hunt reaches its fever pitch this Friday on Discovery’s “Gold Rush.” In a supersized, 122-minute season finale titled “The Last Dance,” Rick, Parker, and Tony make their final push for fortune before winter’s icy grip shuts down operations. It’s a race against time, the elements, and the ever-present fear of coming up empty.
At Vegas Valley, Rick is down to his last chance, hoping to unearth a final payload before the season ends. Meanwhile, Parker takes a gamble, opening a new section in a desperate bid to hit his target. Over at the Hester Cut, Tony is also in full swing, but it’s his son Kevin who faces a make-or-break moment. Will his inexperience cost them dearly?
