Ramsay, undercover as “Oscar’s Plumbing” – yes, really – uses hidden cameras and high-tech spyware to diagnose the root of the restaurant’s woes. What he finds is a toxic working relationship between the married co-owners, with the husband displaying a shocking lack of respect for his wife, his staff, and, frankly, the food itself. It’s a recipe for disaster, both professionally and personally.
With Rock Harper acting as a secret diner, feeding Ramsay real-time intel, the episode looks set to be Ramsay’s most difficult restaurant rescue yet.
